Summary:
The eBusiness Technology area seeks a .Net developer with full life cycle application development skills to lead efforts related to the development and support of Enterprise web sites and services. eBusiness Technology is responsible for the design, development and support of web applications and services used by multiple lines of business across the corporation such as , Inside, AgentHQ, , Electronic Routing Document Service and the Contact Routing Database.
Primary Duties:
eBusiness Technology seeks a .Net developer with full life cycle application development skills. As a developer, you will be responsible contributing to the design, contributing to the estimate, execution of assigned tasks and/or stories, and be able to resolve technical questions/issues related to a project.

This individual will be responsible for:
- Working with the project manager
- Tasking/estimating for stories and defects
- Participate in low-level design.
- Respond to technical questions/issues related to the project.
- Ensure technical excellence and skills of development staff through training, evaluation and continued development.
- Enforce application standards, best practices and tool usage (as defined by the design team) within the development team.
- Execution of development tasks/assignments.
- Ensure completion of code reviews.
- Participate in day to day low level design decisions on a project.
- Work with the application design team on high-level design.
Experience Required:
- Experience with .NET, C#, SQL, Classic ASP, VBScript, Visual Basic, XML, MQ, , , HTML, CSS, NUnit.
- Experience w/the following is a must: Web Services for heavily used external applications in multi-threaded environments.
- Experience w/ the following is a plus: Javascript, Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, JDBC, JMS, JUnit, Performance Testing/Analysis.
- Experience with full life cycle development including highly structured test phases is desired.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and their application is desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a proven contributor in a team environment.
- Ability to develop and present technical concepts to a business audience is a major plus.
