Job Description:
Improving the timeliness, stability and cost effectiveness of IT service delivery
Forecasting the impact of changing business environment on IT service delivery.
Planning the applications and infrastructure environments to assure an uninterrupted delivery of timely and cost effective services to firm's businesses.
Responsibilities:
Real time infrastructure performance diagnostics and production support
Performance tools standardization, engineering and proliferation
Proactive performance engineering and optimization of production applications infrastructure
Baseline performance assessments of production applications
Infrastructure performance reporting structure design and steering
Experience and Skills Required:
Strong experience in the capacity / performance engineering in diverse distributed environments
Expertise in BMC Performance Assurance and Patrol (now part of BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management Suite),
Prefer - experience with IBM SRM (Server Resource Management)
Expertise in distributed platform/ Servers (AIX, Linux, Windows and VMware) performance diagnostics and problem resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
