Location: Hartford CT
Schedule: Monday and Thursday from 8am to Noon.

Description
Encourages sales and creates goodwill for firm's products or services among customers or prospects, and supports a broad range of marketing activities. Participates in sales meetings. This is a professional - non-supervisory position.
Keeps informed of changes that might affect product sales or services. In partnership with marketing partner(s) contributes to the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in support of marketing strategies aligned to specific business unit needs. Supports the development of components of content - based on key marketing strategy messaging. Supports advertising programs and communication programs designed to promote products or services.
Partners with marketing partner(s) to produce and manage components of integrated market campaigns in support of business unit and cross business unit initiatives. Under direction of senior marketing partner, contributes to content development; writes, edits and shepherding material through the review/approval process. Contributes to execution traditional marketing tactics such as email, ecards, webinars, newsletters, sell sheets, brochures; and digital marketing such as video, social and web for assigned campaigns.
Contribute to monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking results and providing input on campaign ROI analysis and reporting. Supports agency and industry events by executing marketing components May provide project management leadership.
Understands and follows established processes, approvals and best practices
Collaboration: Works closely with manager and strategic marketing partners to understand business priorities and objectives
Collaborates with their manager and marketing peers
Project Management: Supports small and mid-sized projects and campaigns.
Works closely with company personnel to ensure prompt service to customers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
