_Position Overview & Summary of Essential Responsibilities_
The primary responsibility of the position is to serve as the hand's-on expert in marketing automation (we use Eloqua/Oracle) for the company, to drive sales, drive lead traffic via lead nurture campaigns and communicate with our existing client base.
You will monitor and measure campaign successes and provide regular reporting on conversion and campaign effectiveness and be expected to have an opinion on how to apply learnings from the metrics.
The role also connects with other marketers and directly with our sales team leaders to assure campaigns are fully planned and supported from lead generation, sales team preparation through fulfillment.
You'll be expected to maintain a pulse on new online marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, specifically, with email marketing techniques.
_Position Requirements_
2-5 years of work experience with some focus in digital online marketing
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business
Understanding and some hand's-on experience in digital marketing across the various marketing channels including email marketing, SEM, display ads, blogs, social and other innovative online media
Superior analytical aptitude and attention to detail; expert in MS Excel, SQL exposure desirable
Loves detail, and good at managing through the details. Creative thinker who is also highly organized with excellent project management skills
Friendly, collaborative, good interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments
