This role is for the consulting division of Arrow--a global distribution company. We support several major OEMs and numerous VARs
This particular role is for the residency practice of one of those VARs. Residency projects are more than staff augmentation roles; involving truly consultative solutions, knowledge transfer, playing critical roles in migrations/upgrades and so forth.

Summary: CCIE Call Center level work or equivalent who can take some ownership level functions in this environment. Need expertise in the CTI, ACD and IVR

IT Lead - CTI Agent Desktop
Seeking hands on ownership level skills in project activities listed below for the Enterprise ACD & IVR project. This individual must be a leader and drive meetings, design sessions and solutions.
The scope of the services will include the following:
Primary
Leads and accountable for all aspects of desktop integration including Cisco CTI Screen Pop, Cisco Agent desktop and all other Call Center applications (install, configure, change management, support testing activities, implement, support and engage from design through initiation and delivery)
Ownership of a Proof of Concept which entails CTI/Desktop/Desktop Application Integration
Collaborates/leads team members/associated groups
Responsible for the desktop coordination of the end-to-end performance and integration testing (vendor interface)
Other
Coordinate the build of all project environments
Provide input to both operations and implementation teams
Validate system configurations and create support matrixes
Coordinates and directs the activities of build team according to the priorities set by the plan.
Senior point of escalation, including proactive efforts
Develops, defines and coordinate execution of technical build schedule, activities and deliverables.
Manages risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure goals are achieved. Aid with resolution.
Accountable for vendor/sub vendor issues.
Documentation and UAT
Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Some travel in the local area (driving distance) and ability to work disparate teams is important
Requirements:
Strong Cisco CTI experience along with desktop integration, leading large technical build efforts involving real time systems, COTS applications, custom applications and interfaces.
Expertise is required in build coordination, build tracking (metrics) and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Business or closely related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT related environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure disciplines
Proven track record in large scale lT integration projects

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
