CTGHS is looking for outstanding consultants with significant experience to fill the following specifications:
We have a need for a Perinatal Standardization Regional Analyst. In this role, candidates will:
o Support the implementation plan
o Manage work plans- organize, prioritize and complete tasks
o Facilitate regional meetings (e.g., focus groups, work groups)
o Regional advocate in build and workflow decisions
o Conduct current state and future state workflow analysis
o Document workflow
o Function as liaison between the region and enterprise to accomplish goals
Qualifications: Required Skills/Expierence Include:
- GE Centricity strongly desired
- Over 2 years L& D experience
Required:
1. Knowledge of the perinatal environment (workflow, equipment and terminology)
2. EHR implementation experience
3. Workflow redesign experience
4. Must have computing abilities (MS Suite, including Visio)
5. Advanced communication and listening skills. Must communicate effectively with clinicians, IT and PM.
Preferred:
1. Knowledge of MEDITECH and/or other EHR applications
2. Experience with GE Centricity (CPN) implementations
