Job Description:
As a Licensed Landscape Architect, you'll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of transformative landscape projects.
Ideal candidate will be someone with the experience and creativity to bring visions to life.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive landscape designs that align with client objectives and project requirements.
- Lead the design process from concept development and schematic design through construction documentation and implementation.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Utilize your expertise in sustainable design principles to create environmentally conscious and resilient landscapes.
- Oversee project teams and coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, - Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
