Modern office setting Wellness programs We are looking for a Financial and Human Resources Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the Controller and Administrative Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, client invoicing, and other HR.
Financial-related tasks.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-person part-time role The ideal candidate will have some experience with bookkeeping an in the Human Resources field.
Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Assist with benefits administration.
Assist with employee relations issues.
Assist with creating and sending out client invoices.
Assist with the development of training programs for employees.
Communicate with external vendors regarding invoices and benefits.
