Installs, configures, and repairs glass windshields at shop location.
Provides exceptional customer service and technical aptitude for servicing vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.

Specific responsibilities include:
oInstall windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unitoCalibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, etc.
oRepair chips and other glass damageoInteract with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well doneoProcess payments from mobile customersoMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeoMaintain cleanliness of work environmentoPerforms a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipmentoTroubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves malfunctions of a moderately complex natureoDetermines when products should be upgraded or replacedoCommunicates information that requires some explanation or interpretationSkills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

Year(s) of automotive glass installation experienceoMust have a valid driver's licenseoMust be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installationsoMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc.
for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningoCapable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditionsoMust be able to lift up to fifty (50) poundsoBasic computer skills:
