Technical Support Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Lead for a leading company in the payment processing industry.
The Technical Support Specialist serves as a communication bridge between Merchants and the Support team and provides superior customer service 100% of the time.
The Technical Support Specialist is an integral part of the support team and builds a positive rapport with Merchants to create trust and gain respect.
The specialist coordinates and resolves all technical service-related issues such as software integration and test transactions.
Merchant Services experience preferred Payment Processing experience HUGE plus 5
years of experience working in a forward facing, customer support role doing technical support Hardware Technical Support Experience Ability to build rapport quickly and to adapt/respond to different Merchant needs.
Familiarity with business ERP and CRM systems and practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems 3 days of the week work from 8am to 5pm; 2 days out of the week, work from 10 am to 7 pm.
Recommended Skills Customer Service Merchant Services Payment Processing Problem Solving Systems Integration Technical Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
