Customer Care Voice Associate

Position's General Duties and Tasks:
o This is a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and multitasking while taking 30-40 inbound calls per day from members and potential members o Verifying proper completion of enrollment and change documentation.
o High attention to detail o Identifying and resolving both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members o Adhering to attendance, professional conduct and member confidentiality policies and guidelines o Accepting and implementing coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals Requirements for this role include:
o High School Diploma or equivalent.
o Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts Monday - Friday 8:
00 am to 8:
00 pm EST and possibly Saturday and Sunday 8:
00 AM to 12:
00 EST (based on business need) o Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection from a noise Free/Distraction Free Workspace o Ability to work in a hybrid situation - onsite from our office (insert address) or remote, as needed.
o 100 % Attendance required during Onsite training period, Monday-Friday 8:
30-5:
00 pm EST o Must be from RI or abutting towns.
o 12
months of experience in a customer service role where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers.
o 12
months of experience in a customer service role where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions.
o Prior experience working from home.
o 12
months of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web-based applications.
Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of Outlook, Excel and Word o Ability to type 40 WPM o This role requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.
This position has great access to public transportation, with a RIPTA bus stops at the building.
The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
Additionally, you may have to do overtime (paid) and work on weekends based on business requirements.
