Job Category Customer Experience Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range $63,700.

00 Target Openings 1 What Is the Opportunity? This position is responsible for managing tasks on a Project or a sub-Project that is part of a larger Project or Program.
The Project Leader controls planning and execution of the tasks or sub-Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
The Project Leader works with supervision and guidance and is responsible for applying basic Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
The Project Leader operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology.

What Will You Do? Manages Project tasks and sub-Projects against time and budget plans.
Monitors contingency plans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2 years of project management experience preferred.
Experience managing the entire life cycle of a project preferred.
What is a Must Have? High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of project management experience required.
