Understand general tolerancing practices and GD&T principles and be able to create 3D drawings.
Engage in collaborative and effective work with manufacturing engineers and shop floor workers.
Requirements of the Mechanical Design Engineer:
Proficient in Creo or equivalent CAD system (will possibly take SolidWorks)Proficient in Windchill or equivalent PDM systemEffective in assessing and estimating product/component costsDegree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experienceHave 4
