Responsibilities:
Responsible for posting, coding, and writing monthly and daily payable checks.
Reconciling schedules and balancing statements.
Maintain vendor files with required tax and insurance information.
1099 prep at year-end.
Daily balancing of prior day cash, check, and credit card receipts Daily bank reconciliation Handle receivables Other duties may be assigned Qualifications/Requirements:
Automotive Dealership Experience Required Knowledge of how to code payables from a chart of accounts, expense accounts, accrued accounts, etc.
Attention to detail and organized Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
