Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project/program Manager responsible to manage multiple concurrent projects for the customerThis person is expected to work closely with the IT leaders to manage projects related to Infrastructure services and in coordination with integrated Applications support.
This person would be expected to create a wow factor for seamless execution & delivery of all projects and develop relationship with external and internal stakeholdersPM should be able to coordinate/collaborate with the internal teams and as well as external customer teams on Project delivery on time.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information Liaise with customer to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Make certain that customers needs are met as the project evolves Help prepare project proposals, timeframes & schedule Monitor and track project s progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, & plans Issue all appropriate documentation in a timely manner Report and escalate to management as needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risksRequirements:
12-15
years of experience in Project/Program Management in a related field (IT Infrastructure services)Lead a team of Project managers/coordinators both at onsite and offshore/nearshore Good technical background, with a good understanding or exposure in DC, networks, Cloud technologies Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project Management tools Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus (1.
) To perform value addition activities (CIP and SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity(2.
) To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vsActual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation and self-driven initiatives(3.
) To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT) (4.
) To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews (5.
) To ensure generation of an account level EE and EN revenue (6.
