We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our customers across various social platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- Help plan and execute a content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and others relevant to our industry.
- Craft compelling copy, posts, and replies that reflect our brand's tone and personality.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social campaigns to optimize strategies continuously.
- Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to ensure that the content is timely, relevant, and aligned with our promotions and events.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for digital content as needed.
- Report to management with insights and recommendations on social media growth strategies.
