Parkville Market Parkville Market Hartford, CT Hartford, CT Part-time Part-time $16 - $18 an hour $16 - $18 an hour 20 hours ago 20 hours ago 20 hours ago Duties - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone - Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases - Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about features and benefits - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Qualifications - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace - Sales experience in a retail environment is preferred - Bilingual proficiency is an asset - Knowledge of jewelry sales is advantageous - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in time management to ensure efficient customer service Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
