They are setting the standard for large General Contractors in Efficiency, Productivity and Ensuring Projects are On Time & On Budget!They are looking for candidates who have (5+) years of Construction Software Sales Experience and have called on General Contractors that are $500M
companies! If you have relationships w/ Construction Executives that is a huge Plus+.
Compensation is ($140K-$175K
Base (DOE), $280K-$350K

This is a remote, home-office position in the Northeast & Southeast
a 4-Year College Degree (Preferred).
If you have been successful selling Construction Software to $500M
& Up General Contractors with companies like Autodesk Construction, Doxel, Procore, Oracle Aconex, Fieldwire, Touchplan, BusyBusy, HCSS, Newforma PIM, Matterport, Assemble, etc.
and their competitors, we want to speak with you!If you don t have at least (4-5) years of Successful Sales Experience in the Construction Software space or don t reside in the Northeast or Southeast, please don t apply! We will not respond to non-qualified applicants.
What You Have:
Must Have (4-5+) years of Successful Sales Experience in the Construction Software space calling on $500M & Up GC s.
Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas $1M Quotas.
Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
Relationships w/ Construction Executives is a Huge Plus+!Construction Software Sales experience selling into General Contractors of $500M & Up!Relationship Builder who has been Successful!Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
Excellent Presentation Skills.
Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Big Plus+.
Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
4-Year College Degree (Preferred).
