Compensation OverviewThe annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range$114,400.

The Infrastructure Delivery Senior Project Director is responsible for management of a team and implementation of large programs advancing key infrastructure technologies including security, cloud foundation, network, platform service enablement, telephony, laptops, mobile devices, conferencing, collaboration, as well as data and print centers.
The Work Arrangement for this position is based on location.
What Will You Do?The Infrastructure Delivery Sr.
Director controls planning and execution of the Projects' or Program's activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
The Infrastructure Delivery Sr.
Director works with minimal supervision and is responsible for applying advanced Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Program's deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
The Infrastructure Delivery Sr.
Director operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
Provides project governance support and reporting.
This position will manage and oversee a Program/Project Management team with typical PMO activities such as the deployment and socialization of Project Management standards, methods, tools, metrics, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
9 years of project management experience preferred.
5 years of experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.
Experience and understanding of all delivery methodologies, including hybrid agile delivery, Kanban, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies a plus.
7 or more years of experience in a program execution leadership role delivering Infrastructure and Cloud solutions in a matrixed shared services organization.
Experience managing migrations from infrastructure on premise to AWS Cloud, migration from on premise technologies to SaaS, Cloud Engineering, and other core infrastructure technologies.
Strong technology acumen and a deep strategic mindset preferred.
Proven analytical skills and experience making date driven decisions.
What is a Must Have?High School diploma or equivalent required.
5 years of project management experience required.
Job Specific Technical Skills & CompetenciesStrategically plans, develops, and implements policies and programs related to Infrastructure and Cloud Service.
Ensures policies and programs are implemented consistently across business groups.
Provides leadership and strategic consulting to managers on their team as it relates to operational norms, team interactions, and accountabilitiesProvides organization development leadership, including managing and setting accountabilities for direct reports, where applicable.
Provide appropriate feedback and coaching to staff on their style, approach, and effectiveness.
Partners with key business leaders by participating in the business planning and management process and implementing strategies to support major initiatives.
Provides clear, thoughtful, and strategic recommendations to staff to meet business objectives.
Manages Infrastructure and Delivery staff to achieve results through strong talent development, performance management, and clear objective and goal setting.
Delivery skills should include program scoping and framing, strategy execution, executive storytelling and presentations, vendor management, dashboarding, and infrastructure delivery.
Charged with mid-Program/Project recovery of at-risk Programs/Projects.
Recommends rescoping, postponement, or cancellation as needed.
Provides substantive feedback to organizational learnings regarding improving Program and Project Management execution.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
