Compensation OverviewThe annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range$119,000.

00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?This position is responsible for leading efforts, under limited supervision, to identify and assess risk and establish mitigation strategies within a business and across the enterprise for those risks.
The position requires an experienced risk professional responsible for ensuring that Business Insurance Technology adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies regarding governance, risk, and compliance.
This job may also lead others.
What Will You Do?Serve as primary point of contact for Business Insurance (BI) with Corporate Audit and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Officer (GRCO)Ensure compliance within BI regarding requirements for application scanning, including open source and SAST; follow up with application owners as necessaryEnsure compliance with cloud deployment standardsMonitor Encryption dashboard (weekly).
Contact account owners when non-compliant.
Monitor Vulnerability dashboard (weekly) and communicate vulnerabilities to account owners.
Track remediation until closed.
Monitor and ensure re-certification of generic accounts; reduce use of generic accounts when possibleEnsure adherence to SOX requirementsMonitor quarterly certification campaign; ensure certifications are completed on timeProvide partnership support for Corporate Audit & External Audit validations and inquiries; attend walkthroughs; ensure requests are completed in a timely mannerServe as SOX certifier for BI Technology for certain divisional shared controls such as Technology DeliveryPartner with GRCO on initiatives:
Tier 1 On-BoardingERA LOB Residual Risk RatingsExceptions MonitoringRisk ConsultationsProvide Audit engagement oversight and support:
General Control audits and Assurance InitiativesCAP closure monitoringAttend bi-weekly meetingsServe as supplier management lead for BI Technology suppliersServe as primary backup for Business Continuity and Disaster RecoveryMay take on additional significant line of business specific risk related dutiesOther duties as assignedWhat Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Five to eight years of experience in Risk Management or related fields such as Audit, IT Security, or Business Continuity preferred.
Bachelors degree in Technology or a related field preferred.
One year of experience leading technical teams preferred.
Technical Knowledge - Advanced:
CRISC designation preferred or attained within 2 years.
Technical expertise to understand detailed issues around business continuity, security, and overall risk in IT.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are loosely defined and/or where information is available but must be further manipulated.
Breaks a problem down to manageable pieces and implements effective, timely solutions.
This role requires strong judgment, reasoning and organizational savvy.
Supports a distinct business unit or several smaller functions.
Experience with leading change management, risk mitigation and/or large scale IT implementations preferable.
