Job Description

Responsible for the daily operation of the Customer-site asset handling processes, including inventory management, data erasure, packaging for returns/redeployment/disposal, and scheduling transportation services as needed.
Skills Required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
On-site receiving functions for new equipment orders.
Performs imaging of reclaimed (re-deployable) assets (if applicable).
System builds (software, applications, etc.).
Asset tagging (if applicable).
Device return processing and scanning.
Assist with Inventory management - new, re-deployable, disposal equipment.
Data Center Inventory using customer-provided tools and training.
Hardware separation by disposition (Redeploy/Disposal).
On-Site data erasure (data sanitization).
Maintains the Customer-site facility in a neat, clean, organized and orderly fashion.
Prepares Equipment for pickup/shipping.
Passes escalations to the Program Supervisor as needed.
Any other reasonable activities within the scope of the resources' technical abilities that is agreed upon by both Customer and supplier.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
