Computer literacy and somewhat tech savvy.
(the locations that we cover for Managed Print Services, will have them working from a computer to respond to printer related help desk calls, they would use several computer applications to locate print devices on the network, cross reference excel and data base resources to determine where in the facility the printer is located.
And then visit the printer to either install toner or determine if a tech is neededExperience needs is 1-2 years experience with Mail operations and/or Print Services preferred but will train a person that is responsible and reliable.
Customer Service skills a plus.

Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
