Job SummaryWe are looking for an individual to join our Data Transformation team as a Data Governance Manager for Arch Insurance North America (AINA).
The individual will actively work to operationalize and embed Data Governance principles, processes and tools across AINA, enabling the organization to more effectively manage and use data across the business.
They are responsible for research, development and implementation of guidelines to support best-practices for Data Governance which will include using our Data Governance Platform to support our Data Dictionary; Lineage; and Data Quality efforts.
A key function of this role will be the support of AINA's Data Stewardship Program.
They will work closely with the AINA Data Management Team supporting Data Transformation and the build of our new data framework.
Additional collaboration will include the AINA Data Operations Manager and other Business managers across the organization.
The Data Governance Manager will work to ensure AINA's Data Governance Framework is consistently applied across the organization.
The individual will work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business and the wider data strategy team.
The position will report to the VP, Data Governance.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below.
This range is as of the time of posting.
Position is incentive eligible.
$200,000 - 270,000.
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
