Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with warmth and friendliness, serving up scoops of happiness with a smile.
- Assist with all aspects of ice cream production and maintain cleanliness in the shop.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Ensure that inventory is well-stocked and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable experience for every guest.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for ice cream and a desire to spread joy to others.
- No previous experience required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn! - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
