Production Support (HRMS PeopleSoft system)
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 18 Months plus
Rate: Open
Description:
Production Support analyst will work on the HRMS West PeopleSoft system as well as the West CTMS (Client Time Management System). This
position
will provide Level 1 support and assistance to end users and help identify any production issues. Position requires strong analytical and communication skills. This candidate will have to understand the issues being reported, be able to troubleshoot the error and finally help determine root cause and work on permanent resolutions.
Required Skills:
- 5
years of software development experience
- Programming experience with PeopleSoft HRMS HCM 9.x
- Programming experience using SQR, People Code, App Engine, Component Interface
- Experience using Integration
broker
and XML publisher a plus
- Experience /Knowledge of Unix/AIX scripting a plus
- Experience with Mainframe Cobol/JCL a plus
- Knowledge of TWS or Other Mainframe scheduling system a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
