JOB
Summary:
Ability to work with complex data flows and data sets to create data suitable for statistical analysis. Create high performing, reusable, maintainable, SAS code without detail design specifications but based on an understanding of the purpose of the work. At least three years SAS programming experience with excellent skills in MACRO, ODS, and GRAPH. Sophisticated user of SAS base procedures such as SUMMARY, FREQ, REPORT, and TABULATE. Expertise with SQL, Shell Scripting, and working in a Linux / Unix environments with a deep understanding of database and data management principles. Good communication and teamwork.
SUMMARY INFORMATION:
o Develops data requirements and specifications and carries out project tasks to develop, design, automate, compile, prepare and test reports.
o Plans, organizes and manages workflow, and/or act as project manager. Resolves complex data or technology issues.
o Reviews, enhances and tests data management processes for the organization.
o Performs data and process analysis.
Qualifications:
o Competent in use of database analysis and data mining tools.
o Solid understanding of insurance industry and business, financial and technical reporting requirements.
o Comprehensive analytical, reasoning, problem-solving and communications skills.
o BS or BA degree required; business or technology concentration desired.
o Familiarity with business intelligence tools and technologies.
o Generally, 3-5 years of experience working with data management systems and tools.
o Good project management skills.
Responsibilities:
o Provides day-to-day project leadership by setting priorities, assigning work and coaching/mentoring unit members to ensure standards regarding timeliness and quality are met.
o Acts as resource to less-experienced staff. Reviews progress and verifies accuracy of reports, projects, tasks, etc.
o Meets data management needs of internal and external clients.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
