Summary:
The eBusiness organization is responsible to design, develop and maintain digital capabilities that enable Travelers to engage in a manner that attracts customers, builds loyalty and deepens relationships while differentiating the Travelers Experience. The eBusiness organization is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team. This individual should have strong analytical abilities as well as a technical understanding of how applications work to support Travelers eBusiness vision.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manages to the operational plan for assigned business systems projects
Oversees the development of business user specifications into cost-effective applications systems specifications.
Responsible for resource and staffing plans, work priorities and project management within established budget objectives
Provides the division, department and senior management with timely and accurate information regarding the performance of the assigned projects
Builds and leverages effective alliances across the technical and business community to ensure the best utilization of resources
REQUIRED
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years IT experience in a business analysis capacity.
4 year degree in related field
Solid verbal/written communication skills
Strong experience in documentation of systems, work/data flows, diagrams, process, other
Experience managing the application delivery process is a plus.
Experience in people, product and/or project management is a plus.
Experience working in a matrixed organization is a plus.
OTHER:
Technical Knowledge
Has a master level knowledge of the business that the assigned systems are supporting. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis. Uses this understanding to develop appropriate and timely solutions to daily issues. Has conceptual knowledge of varying technologies and the ability to make decisions based on that knowledge. Has thorough understanding of project staff roles and abilities

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
