A position is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager (PM) with leadership skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written), and experience in all aspects of managing projects that include both business process and systems development life cycles.
Project: We are seeking strong candidates that can manage technology evaluation for our SAS platform. The initial stage of this effort requires clarify on the scope statement, requirements, management with stakeholders, facilitating change management, involving business stakeholders in the deliverables review, and ensuring we prioritize scope so we can look at quicker delivery and decision schedules.
Project management professionals are responsible for the overall success of one or more projects of varying levels of complexity. The PM is accountable for project initiation, planning, overseeing development, testing, and implementation, and for project closeout. This includes initial project planning efforts such as developing scope, obtaining business and IT sponsor approvals, and coordinating the resources necessary o complete the project. Once the project begins, the PM will communicate major milestones, identify project risks, provide direction to the project team and conduct regular status meetings. Candidates should have prior experience in leading projects that changed both business processes and system applications and technologies. Experience in process analysis, design, and improvement or a background in Six Sigma or business process reengineering is a plus.
The PM needs to be focused on E2E project management with PM skills coming before technical skills
The project manager on will manage one or more subprojects on a multi-project program and will:
Adhere to the client's standard methodology (based on DMAIC)
Build and manage work plans (WBS)
Estimate work efforts and durations
Schedule and control tasks
Identify and resolve risks and issues
Provide status reports, presentations according to the program standards
Manage the project finances analyze variances and reforecast on a monthly basis
Collaborate with the Test Lead to ensure test deliverables are completed according to standards and schedule
Collaborate with the project Change Management Lead to develop change management plans and materials according to the ADKAR methodology (e.g. communication plans; training materials, org assessments.-
This work is aligned to technology transformation programs focused on reducing technology risk and currency at The Client. Strong candidates will have an understanding of information technology concepts, including: application development, QA testing, scope and requirements analysis, vendor management, infrastructure development, and logical/physical design.
Position Requirement:
Requires minimum of 8-10 years solid PM experience, and demonstrated experience with software assessments.
Requires strong communication skills to manage motivation, manage resistance, provide crisp recommendations, mitigate risks, and keep project on track.
Will be responsible for making recommendations to management.
Successful candidates for this project must be flexible, open to different approaches, and comfortable with grey area .

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
