You will manage the corporate technical services and application engineering programs and laboratory to assure a high level of customer service, engagement, solutions and group/program results.This is an exciting new position with a growing company seeking a Technical Operations Manager who will be creative in uncertain situations, have a thirsty curiosity, be a flexible team player, and possess a strong competitive and entrepreneurial spirit. . .Put your Technical Services and Applications Engineering expertise to work in a new job today!Technical Operations Manager Position Duties: Proactively drive timely customer responses by telephone, email and/or lab reports Manage work flow within the department to include field sales support coordination and laboratory rotation and management Interaction with various departments and affiliates to make certain all customer needs are met Support a cross function team of sales, marketing, senior management and others with relevant data generation needed for customers and new commercial sales opportunities Manage and assign sales and telephone support to niche staff expertise and project driven technical skills Manage and maintain appropriate testing capability to meet R&D, sales and marketing requirements Setting the Technical and Customer Support standards for the company Champion for data and documents storage and database development and maintenance to assure ease of information capture and retrieval Review and evaluate, coach and mentor staff and personnel in technical services and applications engineering groups and laboratoriesThe qualified Technical Operations Manager candidate will have: BS or MS in Chemistry, Engineering or Material Science, MBA is ideal 5
years experience with technical services management, applications engineering preferred Hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing and staff leadership, experience with adhesives, coatings and industrial chemistry and equipment is ideal Experience with both Chemistry and Engineering for problem troubleshooting and support Strong written and verbal communications skills are required for this role, will work with various departments and deal extensively with customers Able to work in a team based environment with both new product development (R&D), production departments, sales, marketing and back office personnel Must be able to travel as needed in the field, some international support and travel will be requiredIndustry: Technical Services, Customer Service, Chemistry, Material Science, Application Engineering, Adhesives, Coatings, UV Equipment, Engineering, Polymers, Oligomers, Sales SupportEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
