Summary:
Identify/gather/manage relevant account information to quote and bind policies
Provide account support as outlined in position specific requirements
Provide subject matter expertise for a variety of policy processing and underwriting opportunities
Accurately issue quotes, policies, endorsements, cancellations, non-renewals, and policy specimens for minimum lines of business as outlined in job specific requirements
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage acct documentation: i.e., proposals, agreement letters, reinsurance contracts, collateral agreements, policy change, endorse-ments, cancellation, review UM applications, etc
Quote accounts: i.e. review exposures and experience rating, updating account information, rates and adjusts the price.
Provides feedback regarding impact of procedure and product changes to service or coverage, co-authors updates to Procedures Matrix and OLC, and communicates such to Insurance Operations, Management and Marketing staff.
Research and resolve inquiries and questions from Producers / agencies, Insureds / customers and internal departments: i.e., researches and resolves issues.
Respond to internal and external customer service complaints (from Consumer Affairs, OD-s, OM-s, Producers, etc.)
Expedites the resolution of escalated state and federal violations, criticisms and fines.

LOB Processing Tools) May be used as a technical resource by less experienced staff.
Conducts business process testing exercises.
Participate in projects / assignments as needed to support 3
LOB.
Participate in pre-renewal meetings to define account assignments.
Prepare underwriting / pricing exhibits: i.e., exposures, experience rating, profit and loss analysis, expense models, updated account information, etc.
Act as a mentor to provide guidance and training to less experienced staff members: i.e. completing mentor review sheets etc.
Assist FRC / Vendor in the development of Process Maps for remote processing
Be primary point of contact to respond to questions from remote processor for basic activities (i.e. Auto ID cards, Posting Notices, etc.).
Participate in Demos for Global Sourcing Office and other business partners.
Accurately issue LOB specific quotes, policies, ends., cancellations, non-renewals and policy specimens for 3
LOB.
Code and key non-Automated transactions into financial / statistical system (3
Systems / LOB)
EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
Professional experience and/or college degree
Experience of 1-3 years for non-exempt roles and 5-7 years for exempt level roles
Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
Strong keyboard/input/typing skills
