We have an immediate contract opportunity with a large F500 client in the Hartford, CT area.
Job Level Specific Duties
oProvides end user support for a specific application and translates those needs for developing test plans while learning about the application and customer.
oParticipates in application implementations and tests end user processes.
oRuns reports in response to client inquiries.
oAssists with the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training.
oInteracts with clients, both internal and external, to supply information.
oDevelops customized queries and reports utilizing basic table matrices.
oAnalyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements with minimal guidance of a senior associate.
Typical Years of Experience
oTypically requires 3-5 years relevant experience
Minimum Education and Certifications
oUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Skills
oKnowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture.
oDemonstrated analytical / problem solving skills.
oAbility to consider IT and business challenges.
oSolid influencing and communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude.
oOrganizational and time management skills.
oKnowledge and expertise with Health Payer Systems (Healthrules, Facets, PowerMHS, etc.) configuration required.
