Digital Project Manager
This is a POSSIBLE TEMP TO PERM POSITION!

Our client in the Hartford area is looking for a Digital Medicare Project Manager to join there growing team. They right candidate will be accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of projects for our clients digital assets; with a focus on leading the Annual Enrollment Period(AEP) Project and all post AEP activities for the year. Fundamental Components:
oMotivated self-starter will elevate risks, communicate dependencies, and recommend appropriate actions, strategies, and alternatives to meet business needs. -
oIdentify issues that may stall the project and addresses them by either resolving or creating an alternative solution. - Track progress and communicate project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.
oKeep all stakeholders up to date through relevant reports. -
oAbility to develop new workflows and modify existing ones. -
oTake full accountability for end result, serve as the expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve objectives. - oWork effectively across business areas by building and leveraging strong relationships
oDemonstrated experience in project/program management, vendor management, and process improvement. -
oProven ability to affect change -Healthcare experience a plus -
oStrong communication skills both written and verbal 10
years managed care / health insurance industry experience. oMultiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.
oProven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.
oProject management experience. Demonstrated negotiation skills.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
oProven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
oProven negotiation skills.
oExperience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program.
oPast positions required setting direction for team.
oProven project management and supervisory skills. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
