Provide support for Traffic & Promotions Manager in a fast-paced Creative Services department (internal agency). Responsible for assisting team with management of projects while working collaboratively with in-house Creative Services team and company-wide marketing clients.
DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project schedules for all creative services projects (print and digital) as needed for business units
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate multiple types of projects
- Work with management to monitor quality of work that flows back and forth with customers
- Assist with maintenance of project files within Traffic system
- Facilitate non-supported business customers with inputting their request into project management system and working with customers throughout the review and production process
-Other administrative support (i.e. reporting, close of projects)
Qualifications:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and proofreading skills a must
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Able to handle routine issues independently and know when to escalate as needed
- Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion and meet tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills are required
- Basic knowledge of the creative process
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
EDUCATION/
Experience:
- Project management
- BA with a focus in marketing or equivalent
- Customer serviceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
