Professional Regional Sales Manager Needed for Northeast US Territory

We are a DEBT FREE manufacturer of Consumer Digest Best Buy hot tubs and swim spas. We have been reinventing the way the industry sells product through channels to consumers. With so many companies going bankrupt or being bought up for pennies on the dollar we are expanding. We are doubling our production size due to consumer demand and we are not done yet with the right candidates help. Is that you? THE POSITION:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) manages all outside sales of Barefoot Spas products and services in the multi-state territory assigned. Delivers the region growth strategy by working one on one with BARs (Barefoot Authorized Resellers) consisting of direct service techs, pool and spa independent resellers, and alternate reseller channels. They will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, time management, and management of sales funnel to plan.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Collaborates with CMO in delivering the defined sales plan and objectives for the territory.
Manages all outside wholesale BAR and distribution of the Barefoot Spa line to maximize sales revenues and meet territory objectives.
Establishes and manages effective programs to develop BAR volume increases, distribution connections, and alternate sales channels in territory.
REPORTING:
Reports directly to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Qualifications:
A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or training in the pool and spa industry, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Must have problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to self-motivate, work out of home office facilities and strong time/project management skills. Experience in developing key relationships with decision makers, show program values, and build mutual success in sale strategies. Excellent teacher and motivator. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required; and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required (must be insurable).
