MC Opportunities is looking for a career orientated high achiever to undertake training within the New Haven area. The aim of this training program is to reach a level of competency that would lead to being able to effectively manage all aspects of operations at MC Opportunities.
You will have responsibility to drive continued local growth through effective team leadership / management, targeted sales activity and astute business management. You will develop lasting relationships with suppliers and customers, partaking in strong and rewarding negotiations that build the business and deliver bottom line results.
We are ideally looking for someone with proven experience in achieving sales and profit targets, however full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate would also be able to:
Effectively manage Staff with excellent people management skills.
Lead & train others in a team based environment.
Create long-lasting customer relationships.
Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
