Business Analysis Manager

Project/Position Introduction.Overview
Employment is contingent upon contract award.
Office location is New Britain, Hartford County, CT.
Oversee and manage the reporting and business analysts and their work product
Ensure that all teams are meeting internal and external quality metrics and SLAs directed by the State
Provide the State with timely and accurate reports as directed by the RFP and ad hoc upon request from the State or management and be flexible with respect to the continued evolution of required reports
Provide management with accurate reports and analytics as well as accompanying recommendations on potential areas of improvement
Ensure compliance within areas of oversight
Serve as a member of a collaborative management team and conduct regular management review meetings
Communicate effectively with DSS as needed/required
Participates in Project, division or Company initiatives as needed
Maintains and/or enforces all project and corporate-level policies and procedures
Ensures the confidentiality and security of all corporate information
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management
Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 4 years of reporting and business intelligence/analytics experience.
Minimum of two years managing teams of similar scope and size.
Experience managing multiple direct reports, specifically analysts.
Experience with reporting and business analytics.
Knowledge of Medicaid.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
Ability to use spreadsheet, database, and/or reporting software to do analysis.
Attention to detail required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Access, Office-Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel. Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to understand and effectively use any required software systems.
Experience with business intelligence software.
Experience with Microstrategy preferred.
