Responsible for technical delivery of complex system design and development activities. Duties include:
Analysis of short and long-range business requirements and recommend innovations which anticipate the future impact of changing business needs. Work with client management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Provide highly technical consulting in identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies that assist in the functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives. Review the disaster recovery plan to ensure that new systems promote uninterrupted systems operation. Primary technical point of contact for interaction with other units and teams.
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; plus Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include:
ETL processes; Data Mining and Analysis on traditional and big data platform with Structured and unstructured data; IT systems analysis and application program development; Data warehousing experience in insurance vertical; Linux/Unix Shell Scripting; Advanced PL/SQL programming knowledge; Python/Perl or any scripting language; Dimensional Data modelling concepts and implementation experience; and ETL development experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
