Customer Service Account Manager

Capitol Light is looking for Customer Service Account Managers!
Requirements:

Experience in project management or project support in one of the following fields: construction, electrical distribution for energy efficiency
Ability to do a takeoff from a set of plans, comprise a quote and coordinate the delivery internally.
Ability to track orders, pull together schedules and create cut sheets
Provide ongoing project support until the completion and close out of project.
Work with internal team members in support of ongoing projects.
Clearly communicate project schedules and other information to clients and customers.
The ability to work with CAD preferred
Prior background in electrical distribution and lighting a plus, but not required.
Prior experience in estimating and project costing.
Understanding of industry best practices, tools and resources a plus.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines, handle various projects simultaneously, work effectively in a fast paced invironment and willing to go the extra mile

Great computer skills - Computer literate and well versed on basic information technology (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Great organizational skills - ability to work independently, excellent time management skills are a necessity. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks and evaluate and prioritize accordingly.
College Education preferred
Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience in a customer service role; preferred knowledge of techniques and tools relating to coordinating and tracking projects / orders
Must be a highly organized, responsive, detail oriented, team player with a can do attitude and have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Requires an individual who is self-directed and self-motivated with an inquisitive nature and has the desire to solve problems
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on team building, listening, and questioning skills
Summary of Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and implement lighting projects or maintenance work orders and surveys from beginning to end (LED retrofits, re-lamps, etc.) Dialog with sales team, customer, contractor/vendor, meeting deadlines, entering stores into FMS system, sending work orders to techs, obtaining contractor/vendor labor invoices and job checklists/sign off sheets, obtaining manufacturer material invoices, and processing all invoices
Responsible for organizing all jobs from beginning to end (setting up project accounts for the customer, entering orders, material orders, keeping track of jobs, scheduling with techs and store managers, setting up security, making sure each job is complete, following up with the store managers to confirm satisfaction, confirming how the customer wants to receive their invoices, and watching the A/R & A/P on all accounts)
Participate in conference calls with sales, in house team, and customers
Educate self on products being used with each customer
Attend customer events/summits, visit job sites
Attend training that is offered
Updating systems, customer portals, project spreadsheets daily
Reviewing all surveys, photos, making sure all information is accurate for the Rebate Team to create an ROI / quote to the customer
Making sure customers receive invoices on time, and payment is received in a timely manner
Review and resolve any A/R issues
Reviewing weekly open order reports and daily writer sales reports
Sending customers and management weekly updates
Answering phone calls from customers/electricians and assist with resolving their issues.
Coordinate with customers to pick-up material being returned
Coordinate with electricians to have material returned to manufacturer or warehouse.
Other duties as requested

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
