Financial Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist Corporate Planning leadership in developing and maintaining a strong performance management process (consists mainly of development and support of internal management reporting for total company forecast and plan, development of materials for senior leadership meetings, and creation of enterprise and business unit scorecards).
This position requires Excel user skills, a working knowledge of Hyperion, and organization/project management abilities.
Fundamental Components:
Create Hyperion retrieves and run Hyperion reports
Assist manager with quarterly forecast and operating plan reporting for business and finance senior leaders
Development of presentation materials for senior leaders on a monthly basis
Assist in development and reporting of enterprise and business unit scorecard
Accommodate ad hoc data requests
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
2 years finance related experience, healthcare a plus (generally required).
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
