Summary:
The primary purpose of the position is to serve as the chief of an information management division/branch. The organization provides support for the assigned portion of the command, control, communications and computers (C4) program. The major duties include, but are not limited to:
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization, ensuring that the advice and assistance provided complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the organization with a variety of state and functional area organizations. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and overall C4 program objectives. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Experience:
Your resume and any other supporting documentation you wish to provide must clearly substantiate you currently possessspecialized experience in the following:
Experience that demonstrated accomplishment of computer project assignments that required a wide range of knowledge of computer requirements and techniques pertinent to the position to be filled. Experience demonstrating the completion of assignments where you analyzed a number of alternative approaches in the process of advising management concerning major aspects of ADP system design, such as what system interrelationships must be considered, or what operating mode, system software, and/or equipment configuration is most appropriate for a given project. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to research and analyze data. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Skill in organizing work in a logical sequence. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in evaluating and making recommendations for automated data processing programs and equipment. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position is covered under the Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program and requires Information Assurance (IA) Management Level II Certification. IA Baseline Certification is required within 6 months of assignment to the position. Employee will be required to maintain certification status and complete continuous education or sustainment training as required by certification. Failure to receive the proper IA certification may results in removal from this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
